Welcome to Butterfly Leadership Masterclass. This masterclass teaches and shares the lessons and concepts from the book Butterfly Leadership. You are called by God to stand up and be a leader in your sphere of influence. Being a leader is about one life influencing another. We need to go through transformation in order to be the Spirit Led, servant leader that Christ has called us too.
In Episode 1 I will be introducing the steps and concepts that the series is about and how following them will transform you like the Butterfly and empower you to do what God has called you to do. It’s time to be brave.
Episode 2: From Good to Great. In this episode, we talk about stepping out of “good” and into God’s great. You are valuable—created with purpose and potential beyond what you see. Shake off the lies of the world and embrace the truth of God’s Word. Don’t settle for comfort when God is calling you higher. As John D. Rockefeller said, “Don’t be afraid to give up the good to go for the great.” It’s time to renew your mind, break free from a victim mindset, and take brave steps toward transformation.
In Episode Three, it's time to press. Press on to know Christ and make Him known. 💪 Perseverance is the foundation of true leadership—victory belongs to those who refuse to quit. Every time you rise after a fall, you grow stronger. The “press” step is where growth happens—where you gain wisdom, skill, and character to fly like a butterfly.
In Episode 4, we learn that trustworthiness, like respect, is not given but earned. Trustworthiness is the mother of leadership. You must be trustworthy if you ever want others to follow you. Let's continue to grow and press through these areas of growth to see true change in our lives.
In episode 5, I will share how to overcome fear. Bravery is our first step in the butterfly leadership transition but we continually must face off and win the day against fear. Overcoming fear is a matter of knowing in your heart of hearts that you can trust God to bring you through. Learn these powerful truths on how to overcome fear in this new episode.
Developing a good legacy is a matter of making the right choices day in and day out. You can’t create a good legacy in one day or one moment. It takes time. You have to be committed for the long haul. In a microwave, “I want it now” society, that is not an easy decision. It is a necessary decision. All greatness takes time and can’t be rushed. Choice by choice, and day by day, you will grow your leadership legacy.
What does it mean to lead like Jesus? Jesus did many great and wonderful things, but there is one element that I want to highlight that gets to the heart of the leadership of Jesus: Jesus valued people. He was the perfect ambassador, exemplifying the Kingdom of God to mankind and drawing all men to Himself.
